The airline’s fleet is comprised of the most modern and comfortable aircraft available and currently consists of Boeing 777’s and Airbus A330’s and A310’s. During 2003, Emirates welcomed its first ultra-long range Airbus A340-500 to its fleet allowing the airline to fly all the way from Dubai to Sydney non-stop. This aircraft features brand new seat designs in First and Business Class and an upgraded in-flight entertainment system across all classes with a sophisticated ‘Video on Demand’ system including a choice of 150 movie and 100 audio channels.
